I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

Connaught Place and very quiet because it's near government offices. However, I couldn't use the hot water at night, and there was no hair dryer in the room until I asked. Most of the facilities are really old.

I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests.
